Empowering Minority Youth Through Hockey & Life Skills
Our Mission
At the Athletic Hockey Performance Institute (AHPI), we believe every child should have the opportunity to step on the ice and experience the power of hockey—regardless of their background or income level. Future on Ice is our new initiative designed to introduce minority youth to hockey and provide them with skills, confidence, mentorship, and a lifelong love for the sport.
What the Program Offers
Community Outreach & Sponsorship
AHPI is building partnerships with:

Local schools to identify students with interest and need

Community sports organizations to help recruit and refer youth

Professional athletes & alumni to serve as role models and guest speakers

Corporate sponsors and local businesses to underwrite program and equipment costs
We welcome sponsors to fund:

A full player scholarship

A season of coaching and ice time

A complete set of youth gear
Every sponsor receives recognition on our website and in program events.
